Welcome! This up-leveled plan includes everything you need to make significant progress on your goals. 1 x 90-min intake session 5 x 60 min follow-up sessions 90 min of text/email out-of-session check-in/response time (approx 6 text or email questions or check-ins) Price: $2350
Cancellation Policy
This package is non-refundable. We do not provide superbills for out-of-network insurance coverage. Unused flexible/email minutes can be transferred to an online session. Additional email/text minutes can be purchased at the rate of $65/15 min. Please provide greater than 24h notice to reschedule a session. Less than 24h notice cancellations carry a $100 fee. Please sign the policies, return intake paperwork, and sign the cc authorization form under the paperwork tab. Thank you!
