Expanded Evaluation

Service Description

This is the expanded 90-min introductory session for joining the practice. We'll discuss your current concerns, and you'll receive a typed treatment plan emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your session. Treatment plans focus on holistic and integrative approaches, though pharmacotherapy (medications) may be included, if needed or desired. This session can also be used for Family Consulting, if a longer initial appointment is desired. Please fill out and return the paperwork under the PAPERWORK tab PRIOR to booking. You can request a session here, but I cannot approve it and charge you until I have your paperwork.
