Service Description
This package includes 1 x 90-min intake session 4 x 60-min follow-up sessions 2 x bonus session (non-violent communication, meditation instruction, nutrition evaluation, intuitive sessions, art therapy, or other) 30 min of email/text time for question/answers and between session communication Price: $2500
Cancellation Policy
This package is non-refundable. We do not provide superbills for out-of-network insurance coverage. Unused flexible/email minutes can be transferred to an online session. Additional email/text minutes can be purchased at the rate of $65/15 min. Please provide greater than 24h notice to reschedule a session. Less than 24h notice cancellations carry a $100 fee. Please sign the policies, return intake paperwork, and sign the cc authorization form under the paperwork tab. Thank you!
