Service Description

This is the introductory session for joining the practice as an individual. We'll discuss your current concerns, and you'll receive a typed treatment plan emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your session. Treatment plans focus on holistic and integrative approaches, though pharmacotherapy (medications) may be included, if needed or desired. Please fill out and return the intake paperwork, practice policies, insurance info, and privacy policies forms under the PAPERWORK tab prior to booking. You can request a session, but I cannot approve it or charge you until I have your paperwork.
