Get a discount purchasing multiple sessions at once. The package includes 5 x 60-min therapy + medication management sessions Book your first of five sessions using the scheduler. Cancellation Policy
This package is non-refundable. We do not provide superbills for out-of-network insurance coverage. Unused flexible/email minutes can be transferred to an online session. Additional email/text minutes can be purchased at the rate of $65/15 min. Please provide greater than 24h notice to reschedule a session. Less than 24h notice cancellations carry a $100 fee. Please sign the policies, return intake paperwork, and sign the cc authorization form under the paperwork tab. Thank you!
